2011 年４月２８日，喀麦隆外交部副部长约
瑟夫·迪翁·恩古特授予雅温得第二大学孔
子学院前中方院长张笑贞骑士勋章。
3 月 13 日发生在日本东北地区太平洋海域
的地震给日本经济造成极大影响。为了不影
响招生，札幌大学孔子学院教职员工利用各
种场合进行宣传，招生人数达 313 人，逆
境中创出新高。截止至 4 月 14 日，2011
年所开设的 31 个讲座已全部正式开讲。
为满足曼彻斯特中小学开展汉语教学的要求，
从 2010 年 9 月到 2011 年 4 月，曼彻斯特
大学孔子学院针对母语为非汉语的英国本土
教师开展了为期 16 周的汉语教学培训，吸
引了来自 8 所学校的 18 位教师和校长参与。
From September 2010 to April 2011, the Con-
fucius Institute at the University of Manchester
developed a 16-week teacher training program in
Manchester with the objective of meeting the re-
quirement for Chinese language teaching at local
primary and secondary schools. A total of 18 lan-
guage teachers and head teachers from 8 schools
participated in the training program.
On April 28, 2011, Cameroon’s Deputy Foreign
Minister awarded a Knighthood Medal to Zhang
Xiaozhen, former Chinese director of the Confucius
Institute at theUniversity ofYaounde II, Cameroon.
The March 13 earthquake in the Pacific of the
northeastern coast of Japan had a detrimental
impact on the Japanese economy. In order to
ensure its enrollment, the staff of the Confucius
Institute at Sapporo University conducted a
publicity drive. A new high enrollment of 313
was achieved during this difficult time. As of
April 14, all the 31 courses set up in 2011 had
been formally opened.
大真大学孔子学院与京畿道英语村合作举办汉
语体验训练营。两所学校的汉语教师与学生在
一周时间里体验了丰富多彩的中国文化活动。
The Confucius Institute at Dae Jin University,
ROK and the English Village at Gyeonggi-do
jointly sponsored a Chinese training camp.
Chinese teachers and students from the two
schools participated in various Chinese cultural
activities in one week .
