将一条绳如图上下左右对称拉成 4 个环固定
取环 2 压环 3，取环 3 压环 4
拉紧结体，要将三个环留长些。
沿逆时针方向取环 1 压环 2
取环 4 进洞压环 1
按同样方式再打 1 次结，拉紧调好即可。

When tying
the rst knot,
the three loops
should be kept
large enough to
make the second
knot easier.
Make four symmetrical loops as shown in the
picture above.
(No. 1 is actually a non-loop double thread).
Fold Loop 2 over Loop 3,
and fold Loop 3 over Loop 4.
Tighten the knot,
and leave the loops available.
Fold Loop 1 counter-clockwise over Loop 2.
Tuck Loop 4 through the hole formed
by the fold-over of Loop 1.
Repeat Step 1 to 6 once again to make
another knot. Tighten the main body and
adjust the loops.
